Please use this page to provide your details for our update procedure on certain Motorguides, this is a private link for customers who have purchased gateways through our store only.

At this stage we are only providing updates to customers who have purchased a Motorguide gateway device from us directly. Alternatively, you can contact your local Motorguide dealer by entering your post code here.
Please read the information here in full before proceeding!
Step 1 - Check your Motorguide serial number - see photo on this listing for location. Your serial number must be between 9D411539 and 9D490872 for this update. If your serial number is outside this range you may permanently damage your Motorguide and it may be unuseable.
Step 2 - Add this product to your cart, and proceed through checkout - enter your address for the dongle to be sent out. There will be a small fee for freight and it includes a tracked return label.
Step 3 - Read the instructions emailed to you as soon as received in full and contact us with any concerns. Double check that you have a grey control board and a hard plastic GPS module under the LED cover as per the emailed instructions.
Step 4 - You will receive tracking information from Australia Post once your dongle has been sent. Please prepare to install the update at this stage. As we have a limited supply we ask that you complete the update as fast as possible to enable us to on forward the dongle to the next customer. We expect it may take up to 3 months for you to receive the update dongle from us as we cycle through all orders, but the process will be faster if you can return the dongle quickly after you receive it.
Step 5 - Receive the dongle and follow the update instructions. Please retain your packaging and use the return label to send the dongle back to us as soon as possible.
There is a specific order and calibration process that must be followed precisely after the update has been completed (including compass callbration x2, power disconnection and a keel alignment) if you are not confident in carrying out these procedures as per the manual please contact your local dealer who can provide the update directly rather than through this process.
